January 15th: Growing Up and Moving On
Wow, well I'm just gonna start with the ex-boyfriend stuff to get it over with:
We had a huge blow up today. It was not pretty to say the least. We dated 8 days shy of 2 years, so he knows exactly what hurts me the most, so he uses that. Typical. This was all mostly over text, minus the part where he called and screamed at me some more lol. Towards the end, like he does every argument, he says something sweet, tells me he loves me, to give Lyra a kiss for him and to have a good night. Thats just the kind of guy he is. Of course i'd like to believe it, but after TEN months of this, its become repetitive, boring and predictable. I won't lie and say i'll never take him back- but there is no way in hell that i'll ever take him back as the person he has become in these past ten months. I believe everyone can change, because I have changed personally. It sucks yes, bu I have my two best friends, Ashley and Leanna who will always be there for me no matter what, they truly mean the world to me. I deserve better and Lyra deserves a mommy who is happy and strong. She needs to know the values and morals are so so so important in a woman. She can and will be anyone she wants to be without relying on a man for happiness.
Moving right along, I had my phone to my ear pretty much the entire day! Called my new school to tell them I found a day home for Lyra, the day home lady to tell her that Lyra will be going there, the day home agency to schedule a meeting for tomorrow to register Bug in the system, the school financial lady to talk about subsidy, CRA about my income tax, Service Alberta about Lyra's birth certificate, Chatters to book a hair cut and my mother and aunty to arrange rides for all of these places!!! OH MY GOSH. That had to be the biggest run-on sentence ever... and I seriously need my learners permit. SO, day home agency tomorrow which is on the west side of Edmonton, then lunch with my aunty, Lyra is at my exes moms so I can then work on my CALM course, hair cut on Friday, Lyra starts at the day home on Monday, then I register for school and return my books to my old school on Wednesday! Phew.
Lyra has been going to bed around 6:30 these past few days, Pretty Little Liars starts at 6, which sucks that I only got half way through! But because I was fighting with my ex it made her really restless when I put her to bed at 6:45, so she fussed and screamed until I turned on her little glowy creature from Ikea around 7:15. There is another run of PLL on at 10, so I'm debating staying up and watching it... I should get some sleep watch it. Here is a picture of me feeding Bug while trying to watch PLL. She has the most sticky-outey ears ever, my dad says they're like someone left a Volkswagen doors open. LOL. and look at her little teefs :3 i love her <3
