January 19th/20th, 2013: Pretty Relaxing Weekend
Sorry I didn't write last night, by the time I put Lyra to sleep and watching a movie with my mom I was exhausted.
Started Saturday off cleaning like mad, only to find out that my brother and his family cancelled.. At least it motivated me to finally get my room and bathroom clean! After that my ex took Lyra and I for dinner which was pretty awkward, we didn't really talk much. Not sure how I feel about it quite yet, or if I feel anything at all about it. Lyra and myself got home around 7, we did her routine then the nightly struggle began. She finally fell asleep at 9:30, then my mom and I watched the "Devil Inside" on Netflix. It was horrible to say the least. There was a few scary moments, but other then that it sucked lol. I went to bed around 11:30 and Lyra was up 6 times until 7am.
Bug had a half hour nap at 11, then we left for Walmart to get some groceries. You know how there is "customer with baby" parking? Yeah, well a guy cut us off in the crazy busy parking lot and took that spot. My mom got out and asked the guy if he had a baby, he replied "yes, my baby is 10 years old". WELL, she just about had a fit! Long story short, we ended up getting the spot. Lyra in her car seat is extremely heavy, with my bad back its really hard to carry her for a long distance. It seriously pisses me off when people without babies take those parking stalls. You all know that I have a problem with junk food and Walmart.. Surprisingly I only got the things I needed when I was there- sleepers for Lyra, school supplies and gum! My ex took her after we went shopping and still has her, sucks because it's already pretty late and she starts at the day home tomorrow morning.. I'm going to seriously miss my little munchkin.
Tomorrow I'll work on my CALM course and fold some laundry, maybe sleep a bit a lot. Well, the ex is almost here to drop off Lyra, so I shall blog again tomorrow :)
